Stamford Parks & Recreation organize adult Beach volleyball leagues for all levels. Grab your friends, family, work colleagues and create a team to join one of our many leagues. These are COED 6v6, recreational leagues for our residents to enjoy and compete in during the Summer season!

League Information

· Returning Team Registration Meeting on Wednesday April 1st 6:00pm-6:30pm. 6th floor of the Government Center, 888 Washington Blvd

· New Team Registration Meeting on Wednesday April 1st 6:30pm-7:00pm. 6th floor of the Government Center, 888 Washington Blvd

League Fees:

Returning Team $350

New team $400

· League Fee payment deadline: Thursday May 22nd

· Tentative Start Date: Monday June 9th

· Games will be played at 6pm & 7pm

· Self-officiating league

· Games will be held at Cummings Beach

FAQs

· How do I register my team?

Complete the Beach Volleyball Packet and email it to StamfordRecreationLeagues@StamfordCT.gov

​

· Where do I pay my league fees?

League fees are adding to the Team manager’s Community Pass account. You can access your account by logging in here CommunityPass

​

· When and where do I submit my team’s roster?

Rosters are due before your first game of the league. Team managers will submit the roster on QuickScores. How to guide is linked above

​

· How many players do I need?

There is no maximum capacity but we advise that you have at least 8 players on your roster. You will need 6 players to field a team each week. This is a COED league so at least 3 of your 6 players must be female players.

​

· Do we need balls?

Stamford Parks & recreation will provide the leagues with all equipment required

​

· Where can I found my team’s schedule?

All league schedules, rosters and communication is done on Quickscores. Stamford Recreation Services - QuickScores.com

· Where can I find my leagues rules?

League rules are listed on the page and can be found in the downloads tab on Quickscores. Downloadable Files - QuickScores.com

​

· How many games will my team play?

Each team will play 10 games. Playoffs will be combined with all leagues at the same level. Teams with a record of .500 or better will advance.

​

· Can you help with finding new players to join my team?

We have a free agents board where players can post their position/ availability. This is the best place to find players for your team
