​Stamford Parks & Recreation organize adult softball leagues 6 days of the week. Grab your friends, family, work colleagues and create a team to join one of our many leagues. These are slow pitch, recreational leagues for our residents to enjoy and compete in during the Spring, Summer & Fall seasons!

League Information:

· Returning Team Registration is OPEN. Deadline Thursday March 12th

· New Team Meeting Thursday March 12th 6:00pm-6:30pm. 6th floor of the Government Center, 888 Washington Blvd

· League Fees: Monday-Friday Returning Team $680. Sunday Returning Team $630

Monday- Friday New Team $725. Sunday New team $680

· Free Agent and Managers social Thursday March 12th 6:30pm-7:30pm. 6th floor Government Center. 888 Washington Blvd

· League Fee Payment Deadline: Friday March 27th.

· Tentative Start date of league: Friday April 17th

· Games will be played at 6:15pm, 7:15pm & 8:15pm

· Umpire Fee: $40 per umpire, per game

· Games will be held at Sclazi Park, Cummings Park & Kosciuszko Park- depending on the league

FAQs:

· How do I register my team? Complete the Softball Packet and email it to StamfordRecreationLeagues@StamfordCT.gov

​

· Where do I pay my league fees? League fees are adding to the Team manager’s Community Pass account. You can access your account by logging in here CommunityPass

​

· When and where do I submit my team’s roster? Rosters are due before your first game of the league. Team managers will submit the roster on QuickScores. How to guide is linked above

​

· How many players do I need? There is no maximum capacity but we advice that you have at least 12 players on your roster. You will need 9 players to field a team each week

​

· Do we need bats and balls? Stamford Parks & recreation will provide the leagues with bats. Teams will need to bring their own ball. A new ball if listed as the home team and a gently used ball if listed as the away team. 12’’ 52 COR/300 compressions softballs are required

​

· Where can I found my team’s schedule? All league schedules, rosters and communication is done on Quickscores. Stamford Recreation Services - QuickScores.com

· Where can I find my leagues rules? League rules are listed on the page and can be found in the downloads tab on Quickscores. Downloadable Files - QuickScores.com

​

· How many games will my team play? Spring/Summer league will play 10 games plus double elimination Playoffs (if regular season ends by august 7th). Fall leagues will play 7 games plus single elimination playoffs.

 

· Can you help with finding new players to join my team? We have a free agents board where players can post their position/ availability. This is the best place to find players for your team Home | Adult Sports Free Agent Board
