Softball League

Stamford Recreation organizes several coed and mens’ summer Adult Softball Leagues. Depending on the league games are played either in the weekday evenings or Sunday afternoons. Games are played at fields in several locations in Stamford. Leagues are available for various levels as well as for industrial (corporate) teams.

Deadline for all paperwork is due on for before Thursday March 12, 2026.

WHAT’S NEW FOR 2026?

Men’s Open League increase to 4 Out of Town Players
All Leagues: Regular Season cut off of August 7. If leagues go past August 7 there will be single elimination playoffs.
Free Agents/ Managers looking for new players meet up. More info to come.
Umpire fees: $40 per umpire per game. See update rules at www.stamfordrecreation.com
Teams who came in 1st/2nd in the B league will move up to A. If needed teams who come in last place and second to last place in A league will be moved to B league.
